Shipping

Where does Keokeo ship?

Keokeo ships worldwide!

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders 30,00€ and up. We charge a standard shipping rate of 2,60€ for shipments to Germany and 3,70€ for all orders outside of Germany. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order along with your tracking number.

Shipping within Germany

Items ordered and paid for, will ship after 1-5 business days from our facility. Our standard shipping carrier is DHL. After leaving our facility, DHL usually delivers in 2-3 business days. Standard shipping charges apply for orders under 30,00€.

International Shipping

International delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on where you live. Our price does not include duty and tax fees. Please note that you are 100% responsible for the fees since duty, VAT, and custom taxes are set by the destination country and we do not have control over these charges. 

When will my Keokeo products ship?

Here are our steps: Order awesomeness in a jar, we process that awesomeness, then we ship the awesomeness in a jar. 

Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time prior to shipments.

My tracking status says ‘Delivered’ but I don’t have it!

Double check that the delivery address was entered correctly & check with your neighbours. If you still haven’t found your package, contact DHL.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want everyone to be satisfied with Keokeo. If you are unhappy with our product, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Send us an email at hello@mykeokeo.com to start the process. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

I made a mistake in my submitted order, how can I change it?

Don’t worry, take a deep breath, and email us at hello@mykeokeo.com with the subject line “Can I Change My Order?”. Order corrections must be made within 24 hours of the order. We will do our best to see how we can help!
